- The registration fee for participants is refundable until 1 Jun 2019, except for a €50 administration charge and for any bank or credit card expenses incurred into for the refund.
- The registration fee for accompanying persons is refundable in full until 1 Jun 2019, except for any bank or credit card expenses incurred into for the refund.
- Conference Dinner tickets are refundable in full until 1 Jun 2019, except for any bank or credit card expenses incurred into for the refund.
Accommodation T&C
Cancellation fees, Sheraton La Caleta Resort and Spa and H10 Costa Adeje Palace:
- Up to 31 days prior to arrival: none
- From 30 to 15 days prior to arrival: the greater of 25% of the total for your booking or one night
- From 14 to 7 days prior to arrival: the greater of 50% of the total for your booking or two nights
- From 6 days to the date of your arrival, no-shows, early departures: 100% of your booking
Hovima Jardín Caleta:
- Up to 22 days prior to arrival: none
- From 21 to 7 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total for your booking
- From 6 days to the date of your arrival, no-shows, early departures: 100% of your booking
- Minimum state of 3 nights to benefit from these rates
Hotel check-in and check-out:
- Sheraton La Caleta Resort and Spa and H10 Costa Adeje Palace: check-in from 15:00; check-out until 12:00
- Hovima Jardín Caleta: check-in from 14:00; check-out until 12:00
